IMFFA Professional Development is introducing a new networking program  to help our members to tap into DC Metro Area’s private sector.  Starting with 5 local companies, we invite you to have “buddies” from these companies to casually have coffee, learn their personal recruitment experience and network.  If we have sufficient interest from IMFFA members, we can organize company tours, hosted by the Human Resource/Talent Acquisition department within the company.  This tour can show company’s working environment, share their recruiting policy and preference, and discuss internal culture and values.
