The IMF Human Resources Department offers complimentary job search and career development support to IMF spouses and domestic partners. A dedicated Career Coach, Sheila McKenna, is available to help you navigate the U.S. job market—particularly in the Washington, D.C. area. Services include guidance on résumé development, networking strategies, interview preparation, and overall career transition support.
